Surgery has been postponed for one week due to too high of a bacterial count in my bladder and urine. Even though I do not have any symptoms, the neurosurgeon would like me to be treated in order to keep my body as clean as possible to give it the best chance of being happy with a foreign medical device being implanted into me. The surgery will now occur on the 27th.
